Light Dinner

Di was not feeling well + She was craving for hot soup = They had 过桥米线 for Dinner !江氏兄弟“桥香园”过桥米线连锁 was just nearby. Ben didn’t know what is 过桥米线 so I explained it to him.
To our surprise, it was so delicious that we almost order another bowl.

As the waiter was too fast, we couldn’t take down the process. The soup normally serves together with the vegetables and meat(raw), Do Not Drink The Soup, is REALLY hot at 170 deg. Like steam boat style, put in the raw meat first then followed by the vegetables and lastly, the noodles.

Later on, we walked along Nanjing East Road and came to 上海书城. Bought my cook books, there were about rmb30 each.
