Main : Mum’s Chicken ( marinates with dark sauce, pepper, sugar, corn powder, oyster sauce & soy sauce)
Side : Stir Fried HK Choy Sum
I called it Mum’s chicken because my mum used to fried the chicken wings this way for us when we were young, using very simple spices, add some garlic if you prefer.

haha… ya, different days…. 1 on Fri, 1 on Sun…. aiyo, I loved chicken more than pork…. so every day I eat chicken also will not get sian one…. LOL….. haha…..

Di, the chicken is deep fried one or just normal cooking? If is normal, can show the steps? ;P Haha… cos i dared not to “deep fried” things at my hse…. I scared the cleaning up time… LOL…..
