3 litres of water
2 chicken bone (neck to breast)
2 onions, peeled & cut into 2 chunks
4 red apples, cut into 4 pieces
2 lotus root, peeled & sliced
Little salt
Steps :
Blanch the chicken bone. Boil water in a pot and put in the bone, onions, apples and lotus roots. Bring to boil again and turn to low heat. Simmer for 2 hours (I simmered for about 2 hours and keep it in thermal cooker before served).
