蚝煎 Fried Oyster, the Singapore Style

Second attempt !
2-3 tablespoonful of flour
Half soup bowl of water
3 eggs
Almost drying up
Here comes the tough part, oysters were drain but still … So wet !

Don’t forget to add fish sauce and serve it ! Taste better than first attempt but the oysters were not so fresh 😦
