Week of O – We have Omelette !

1. Stir fry garlic and add carrot.
2. Pour in bitten eggs, I used 2.
3. Add shredded cheese.
4. Flip one side of omelette which it is still watery but cooked.
5. Serve with ketchup if you preferred.

Besides omelette, I cook simple and easy western lunch for my mom and myself. It’s grilled chicken chop with chips. Just put both ingredients together into the pan but remove the chicken from the pan once it is cooked as potatoes will take longer time to cook. No salt or pepper added into the potatoes wedges as the seasonings from the chicken is enough. Try it at home, it’s finger licking good! What seasoning? Anything you like! We had black pepper.:)
