Italian cuisine for tonight
Main – Uova Al Pomodoro on Focaccia
Side – Sautéed Buna Shimeji, Snow Peas & Baby Carrots

Inspired by Chye Seng Huat Hardware’s Italian Breakfast. We had it last Sunday, not only it tasted good, it looked simple enough for me to try cooking it at home.

It was a success, Ben and Asher love it so much. *thankfully*

Now it just gets harder for me to step into most cafés to pay high prices for something that I think I can cook at home. 😅
