Long overdue post, I cooked hainanese chicken rice few months back and never looked back!
I know the steps since many years ago but I find it troublesome to cook. Now, I cook this frequently as this is Asher’s all time favourite, he can finish 2 shares on his own with lots of dark sauce added into the rice.
As for me, I still prefer my mom’s cooking. Her rice balls is 👍👍👍👍👍.
